Clean DIP Process
Collected raw materials are de-inked and cleansed of ink or markings. This turns into pulp, processed in multifarious ways, eventually becoming sheets of paper. In order to produce the best quality of paper, Base Papers Limited has poured in time, money, and innovation in making the process the best in its class. Even with the effort given in elevating the quality of our paper, the focus never shifted away from integrating pro-environment protocols.
Reuse & Recycle
The paper trimmings and other paper scraps generated during the manufacturing process are termed mill broke. Base Papers Limited’ production process reuses this mill broke as well. The mill broke is sent back to the stock preparation where the waste is changed into pulp slurry, ultimately used to make more paper
